When does the promotion end?

The last day to have your tabs/caps postmarked by is September 30th, 2019. Last day to place your order is December 1st, 2019. No exceptions.

Are tabs/caps from all Monster Energy products accepted for this promotion?

Can tabs, cap cans, and bottle caps from all Monster Energy®, Java Monster®, Monster Hydro®, and Muscle Monster® products will be accepted. Tabs from Non-Monster Energy products will not be accepted.

How many tabs/caps do I need to redeem for each item?

Required tabs/caps amounts vary per item. Please view "The Vault" page to see a list of items with respective tab/cap values. Additionally, a single Tab and Cap have an equal value of 1.

Do I have to send in my tabs/caps prior to placing an order?

You must create an account, and then mail in your tabs/caps. Tabs/caps balance must appear in your account before placing an order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

All orders and payments must be made through our website: www.monsterenergy.com which will direct you to a landing page for the Unlock the Vault program website.

Where do I ship my tabs/caps?

Tabs/caps are to be sent to the following address:

Can I send in my tabs/caps in a regular envelope?

Please place the qualifying tabs/caps in a Padded Envelope (do not use a regular envelope because it will tear and tabs will be lost), insert the downloadable PDF order form, fasten the mailing label to the envelope, and ship it. Monster is not responsible for lost or missing packages, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or postage-due requests for mail. Monster is also not responsible for lost or missing tabs/caps.

How long will it take my account to be credited with the tabs/caps I mailed in?

We will credit your qualifying tabs/caps to your account within 2 weeks of receiving your physical tabs/caps.

What sizes are available the T-Shirts, Hats, Beanies, Socks?

Monster:
- For women, the T-shirts/Hoodies will range from XS-2XL.
- For men, the T-shirts/Hoodies will range from S-3XL.
- The Gronk Jersey will range from S-3XL.
- The flat-bill and curve-bill hats are one size fits all snapback.
- Beanies and Socks are also one size fits all.
Java:
- The Men’s Tee includes: S, M, XL, 2XL.
- The Women’s V-Neck includes: L, XL, 2XL.
- The Women’s Tank includes: M, L, XL, 2XL.
- The Men’s Zip-Up includes: S, M, XL, 2XL.
- The Women’s Zip-Up includes: S-2XL.
- The Unisex Bomber Jacket includes: S-2XL.

How much is shipping and handling?

You are responsible for pre-paid shipping and handling costs per Monster item (cost varies per item), which you must pay online by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by PayPal when you place your order. Pre-paid cards are not accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

What are acceptable forms of payments?

Shipping & Handling payments must be made through our website by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by PayPal when you place your order. Cash, Checks, and Pre-paid cards are not accepted.

Is there a limit of the number of items I can order?

There is a limit of five (5) Monster Gear items per order; There is also a limit of five (5) orders per account during the Promotional Period.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow approximately eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for delivery after your valid online order is placed.

When is the last day to place my order?

The last day to have your tabs/caps postmarked by is September 30th, 2019. Last day to place your order is December 1st, 2019. No exceptions.

Can I return or exchange my items?

This is a limited time offer, so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Will unused tabs/caps remaining on my account after the promotion ends roll over to a future promotion?

Tabs/caps not redeemed for Monster Gear items by December 1, 2019 will be forfeited and will not be returned to you or credited to any future promotions.

What will happen to tabs/caps received after September 30th, 2019 that are not postmarked by September 30th, 2019?

Any tabs/caps received after September 30th, 2019 and are not postmarked by September 30th, 2019 will be forfeited and will not be returned.
